New York – Salvatore A. Melilli, Managing Partner of KPMG’s New York office, is the new president of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce. Melilli succeeds Cristiano Villani, CEO of Pomì USA, who served as Acting President from April 2026. The IACC thanked Villani for his work during the transition period. With more than 30 years of experience at KPMG and a long track record of supporting businesses and New York’s business community, Melilli has held several senior positions at both the local and national levels, including U.S. Audit Lead Partner for the Italian Corridor. The new president was elected alongside a new Executive Committee comprising Diego Rodinò di Miglione, Executive Vice President at Luxottica; Eugenio Perrier, Vice President at Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano; Alberto Paderi, Corporate Secretary at Bindi North America; and Giovanni Quaratesi, Treasurer at Certified Origins.
