Brussels – To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, the Italian Cultural Institute in Brussels will screen If I Don't Return Tomorrow (Se domani non torno) on November 25 at 7:00 PM. Directed by Paola Randi and recently premiered at the 2026 Rome Film Festival, the film recounts the tragic story of Giulia Cecchettin, whose murder profoundly impacted Italy's public discourse on gender-based violence. Based on the book Cara Giulia by Gino Cecchettin and Marco Franzoso, and starring Sabrina Martina, Filippo Timi, Tecla Bossi, and Tommaso Allione, the film explores the tragedy through the family's eyes, chronicling the journey from profound private grief to powerful civic activism.
