Piquadro lands in the United States, a boutique on Madison Avenue

(Oct. 1) Now it's official: Piquadro lands in the Big Apple: after the announcement of the imminent opening of its first boutique in the United States last June, today the Company announced the signing of a contract for a space at the 509 Madison Avenue in New York and, at the same time, of an agreement with the partner who will co-work for the distribution in the American market. The Piquadro store in New York, whose inauguration is scheduled for March 2015, is part of the brand’s launch in the United States and follows the openings of the Rue Saint Honoré in Paris in February 2013 and Regent Street in London in March 2014. “The opening of a Piquadro boutique in New York is an important event that is part of the project to build a global reputation," said Palmieri, founder, President and CEO of the company." The approximately 100 square meters of the flagship US Piquadro propose a new and unusual variation of the concept of furniture designed by architect Karim Azzabi hosting, as was done in the boutiques in London and Paris, original furniture. With the opening of New York, the Piquadro boutiques in the world will be 104. (Red)
