(26 february 2019) The workshop "Strategic and participatory planning of community tourism", promoted by the Institute of International Economic Cooperation (ICEI) in the framework of the INCAmmino project, funded by the Italian Agency for Cooperation, concluded last Friday in La Paz aimed at promoting rural and cultural tourism in 11 communities of the Bolivian plateau. The meeting, organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism of Bolivia, provided three days of work, focused on the analysis of the experiences of community tourism management developed in the country and the planning of tourism activities according to a shared logic. The workshop was held in La Paz, with the participation of 11 Community Tourist Enterprises (ITC) and representatives of as many municipal administrations, the main actors of the project supported by Italian cooperation.
