Porto – The Rekeep Group, Italy’s leading integrated facility management provider, has acquired a 60% stake in Portuguese company Euromex Facility Services through its subsidiary Rekeep World, marking its official entry into the Portuguese market.

Following the acquisition, the company has been renamed Rekeep Portugal Lda. Ricardo Cerqueira, CEO and minority shareholder with a 40% stake, will retain his role, while Federico Gandino, General Manager of Rekeep World, has been appointed Chairman.

Based in Porto, the company is among Portugal’s leading operators in facility management, with a strong specialization in healthcare cleaning and hygiene services and long-standing partnerships with major public hospitals. In 2025, the company reported revenues of approximately €30 million and employs around 3,000 people.

The transaction represents another milestone in Rekeep’s international expansion strategy, which focuses on entering key foreign markets through local partners with strong territorial roots and recognized expertise, as well as through public and private tenders.
