Abu Dhabi – Italian telecommunications, cloud and IoT operator Unidata has announced the signing of a three-year commercial and strategic partnership agreement with Serdal Holding LLC, a company based in Abu Dhabi.
The agreement marks a key step in Unidata’s international expansion strategy, enabling the group to enter the United Arab Emirates, one of the world’s most dynamic economic environments, strongly committed to the development of advanced digital infrastructure, smart services, cloud technologies, Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence.
The partnership is aimed at exploring business opportunities in the local market. Under the terms of the agreement, Serdal Holding will support Unidata’s business development in the UAE by facilitating market access and contributing to the promotion and commercialisation of the group’s services.
The agreement was signed by Renato Brunetti, President and CEO of Unidata, following extensive preparatory work carried out with Federico Cervellini, Executive Director of International Strategic Partnerships at Serdal Holding.
“Our mission to Abu Dhabi confirmed the strong potential of the UAE market and the growing interest in Unidata’s technological solutions,” Brunetti said. “This partnership represents a concrete step in our international growth path and allows us to operate in an ecosystem that is highly focused on digital innovation, infrastructure investment and technological development. It opens a new phase for Unidata, fully aligned with our long-term strategy.”
