Chisinau – The Infrastructure Forum will take place in Chisinau from May 22 to 29, an initiative promoted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Moldova in collaboration with the Italian Embassy, ITA Bucharest, and the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova. The aim is to facilitate the entry and positioning of Italian companies in a rapidly evolving market. The forum is particularly targeted at Italian businesses not yet present in the country, with the goal of highlighting opportunities generated by EU financial support, already active in the early stages of Moldova’s accession negotiations. The event also serves as a follow-up to recent Italian business missions to the country, with a strategic focus on opportunities linked to Moldova’s infrastructure development and the future reconstruction of southern Ukraine. Special attention will be given to civil, healthcare, and energy infrastructure, as well as related equipment, involving companies active in design, construction, and the production of technologies and equipment. The forum covers a wide range of sectors including electronics, energy, construction, telecommunications, healthcare, IT, Industry 4.0, big data, the green and blue economy, cultural and creative industries, as well as the enhancement of natural and cultural heritage.
