Oslo – Singer and pianist Frida Bollani Magoni presents a concert in Oslo featuring songs and musical inspirations ranging from Italian classics such as Lucio Dalla and Franco Battiato to international artists like Carole King and Leonard Cohen, alongside her own original compositions. Each piece in the repertoire reflects a stage of her personal musical journey, from her earliest listening experiences to more recent influences. The result is a multifaceted and contemporary artistic proposal that moves across pop, jazz, and songwriting, with touches of classical music, more complex arrangements, and electronic influences, enriched by vocal effects. “Frida Live,” an initiative organized in collaboration between the Italian Cultural Institute and the Comites of Oslo on the occasion of Italy’s Republic Day, will take place at the Oslo Konserthus on 4 June at 7 p.m. (9colonne)
