Copenhagen – Danitacom, in collaboration with the Turin Chamber of Commerce and the Tramonto Rooftop restaurant in Copenhagen, presents an exclusive gastronomic experience scheduled for Wednesday 3 June at 7 p.m. Savor Piemonte is a preview event reserved for a selected business audience of carefully chosen operators and professionals. The evening offers a valuable opportunity to explore the Piedmont region through its culinary traditions and contemporary artistic scene. Chef Francesco Pusineri of Tramonto Rooftop and Piedmontese chef Giorgia Cravero will present a specially designed four-hands menu featuring rare ingredients and artisanal products sourced directly from the heart of the region. The culinary experience will be accompanied by the Tabulae exhibition, in which five Italian designers interpret the sensory legacy of gastronomy through a refined visual universe. The project explores the intersection of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design, opening a dialogue on the potential of Italian excellence products and creative practices in a professional context. During the evening, guests will also have the opportunity to meet the teams behind the project: Savor Piemonte, the Turin Chamber of Commerce, illustrator Viola Gesmundo and the Calibro Zero design studio, gaining deeper insight into Piedmont’s cultural, food and wine heritage.
