From Monday to Friday, BigItalyFocus provides an information overview, ranged from development aid to made in Italy
Pretoria – The Italian Cultural Institute of Pretoria is launching two initiatives in Mauritius dedicated to promoting the Italian language and culture, tailored for both professionals and enthusiasts. The first is a free training day designed for current and aspiring Italian teachers working in tourism, hospitality, and business. The course will provide practical tools, updated teaching methods, and relevant language skills for the local context, complete with a certificate of participation.
The second initiative, "A Taste of Italy: Italian in the Kitchen," offers an engaging, interactive experience combining language learning with gastronomy. Participants will learn basic vocabulary, practice real-life scenarios like ordering in a restaurant, and explore authentic Italian flavors through guided tastings. Together, these two complementary events invite attendees to experience Italian not just as a language, but as a living culture.
