Apr. 21 - " Scraps. Quello che resta" is Francesco Cabras’ photographic exhibition at the Italian Institute of Culture in Brussels that will open on Wednesday, April 30 to Tuesday, May 20. "Scraps" is a collection of shots result taken by the travel photographer, filmmaker, journalist and actor Francesco Cabras. The photographs were taken in Israel, India, Palestine, Mexico, Indonesia, and Iraq. The people or places that Cabras chose to immortalize represent the change, geographical or mental, inherent in transformation. Cabras collected some of his best photographs in a soon-to-be published book that also includes information on his research and production techniques. The photo exhibition was organized by the Italian Institute of Culture in Brussels in collaboration with the Raffaella De Chirico contemporary art gallery in Turin.
