Moscow – The Italian Cultural Institute in Moscow will host an evening with renowned fashion historian and journalist Olga Mikhailovskaya, exploring her long-standing relationship with some of Italy’s most influential fashion designers. The event will take place on June 22 at 7 p.m. at the Institute’s headquarters. During the Russian-language conversation, Mikhailovskaya will reflect on her professional career through a series of personal encounters and experiences with major figures of Italian fashion. Her account will span meetings with iconic designers including Giorgio Armani, Miuccia Prada, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, Alberta Ferretti, Anna Molinari of Blumarine, Pierpaolo Piccioli of Valentino and Rossella Jardini of Moschino. The event offers a unique perspective on the evolution of Italian fashion through the eyes of one of Russia’s most respected fashion commentators, whose career has brought her into direct contact with many of the personalities who helped shape contemporary Italian style and luxury culture.
