Moosburg - Italian art takes center stage once again in Austria with the second edition of "Italian Artists at the Castle" ("Artisti Italiani al Castello"), the exhibition hosted from August 8 to 22, 2026, at Moosburg Castle in Carinthia. Organized by Le Vie delle Foto and curated by Linda Simeone, the project brings together photography, painting, and poetry in the Main Hall of Moosburg Castle, transformed for two weeks into a space dedicated to contemporary Italian creativity. The opening on August 8 marked the central moment of the event, with many of the featured artists present in Moosburg alongside an Italian and Austrian audience. It served as a gathering opportunity that confirms the initiative's international vocation and its goal to build new cultural relationships between Italy and Austria through art. Photography forms one of the main sections of "Italian Artists at the Castle 2026," featuring 21 photographers and as many different perspectives on landscape, memory, people, and the territory. Exhibiting artists include Laura Beghin, Martina De Faveri, Samantha Degrassi, Valentina Irrera, Gabriella Lessio, Corinna Ljubisich, Carla Marina Lendaro, Paola Lunghini, Raffaella Mellini, Marco Moro, Luca Ortolani Klein, Enrico Panusca, Gabriele Papa, Lorenzo Parenzan, Enrica Puddu, Sara Perosa, Monica Spinazzè, Robert Strahinjić, Paola Tea Tedesco, Bettina Todisco, and Massimo Vazzoler.
